VELONOTTE MISSION AND TEAM
Velonotte™ (from Italian bike+night) is a public guided show on bikes featuring expert's commentary, music, dance and theater performances.
A form of the collective exploration, Velonotte helps valorization of the heritage and promotion of architectural, cultural and landscape studies. The project’s goal is to inspire citizens, tourists and decision makers about heritage and genius loci.
Velonotte concept was created by historian and educator Sergey Nikitin-Rimsky in 2007. Since then our team has written, produced and organized dozens of festivals around the world collaborating with local architects, artists and experts.

Sergey NIKITIN-RIMSKY, PhD., Founding director of VeloNotte international (2007) is a urban historian musician and educator.
Among his realizations - architecture guidebook "Verona and Lake Garda" for Dom Publishers (2022), video project Masterlives Milano with students of Politecnico of Milan, Teatro Instabile de Venexia for the Carnival of Venice.
